Faerie Journey

About this Project:

At the end of 2018, FoolsLynx and his friend decided to do a challenge. Lynx would create a game in 31 days and his friend would create a collection of artwork in 31 days. Both had to follow a basic outline: "A fairy must travel the forest, save the spirits and defeat the demon." The following game was one of the two projects created in this time.

Story:

"There is a forest, a vast and magical forest that sits at the heart of the world. This forest, is the source of all magic in the world. The forest of Origin, the spirit of Mana.  Since the beginning of time, Origin has kept the Mana in balance along with the four elemental spirits. The spirits protect the four core elements. Fire, Water, Earth and Wind. These elements remain in harmony and ensure balance. Without one of the spirits, the Mana that is produced by the World Tree weakens which in turn weakens the tree. After millenia, the forest is under threat. A demon seeks to absorb all the Mana and become an almighty god. Now, one fairy, must travel the forest, restore balance and defeat the demon."

The story follows this fairy; Quintet; as she must travel to the four elemental trials and earn the "Marks" of Element; the power of the spirits.
